Welcome!

'Senior Connections'...formerly MAPS 55+...would like to welcome you to take part in our events. There are no strangers at Senior Connections, only friends that have not yet met. Join us so that we may get to know you and become friends.

 

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to point and lead people to Jesus Christ and create communities of Kingdom Builders. We believe God is calling us to take His love in concrete ways to both churched and unchurched 55+ adults in our geographic area and then  to surrounding communities. These goals will be accomplished through regularly planned activities and emphases, with the anticipated results of God's blessings and people coming to Christ and the church. The results of these activities will be spiritual growth, fellowship, caring, sharing and recreational development.

Regular Events:

The Gathering - Join us the last Sunday of each month at what we call the "The Gathering". This meeting is an informal chance to gather and socialize. We meet at Friendly's at turnpike Exit 48 (formerly Exit 8) following the Sunday evening service at approximately 7:30 pm.

"Son Risers" Breakfast - Join a group of senior men on the second Thursday of each month from 7:30 am - 8:30 am at IHOP near the Maine Mall, South Portland. For more information call Jim Knowlen at 772-7210.
