| Grades 1-6 Sunday school ~Noah’s Ark Park Children meet together upstairs in the “Big Room” (Room 231) for group worship and fellowship at the beginning of each service, then they go to individual classrooms for small group Bible teaching, memory verses, and activities with their teacher to get them into God’s Word. From 9:45 to 10:40 a.m., children in grades 1-6 gather again in Room 231 for snacks, library, fellowship, and a teaching time using “What’s In the Bible” curriculum. This is a very active, multi-media, fun approach to learning what the Bible is all about. Buck Denver Asks…What’s in the Bible? is a new DVD series from VeggieTales® creator Phil Vischer designed to walk kids and families through the entire Bible. DVDs 1-6 covers from Genesis – 2 Chronicles. A multi-sensory approach is used to get children (and adults) interested. Music, puppets, games, crafts, silly jokes, and quizzes all combine to keep children fully engaged while learning many facts about the Bible. More information and many parent helps can be found at the WITB website:http://whatsinthebible.com/ Grade 1 Room 222
